Welsh athlete Aaron Ramsey has raised the reward for details regarding the vanished canine named Halo to fifteen thousand pounds.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff player, who currently is with the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, stated that Halo was observed in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato area.
Halo, who went missing on 9 October, was wearing a tracking device, and Ramsey shared a exact coordinates of the spot she vanished from.
"Any sort of updates regarding our beloved Halo kindly contact us. Substantial bounty for finding her. We are all hoping she is unharmed and comes home with us shortly," the athlete wrote on Instagram.
Initial Offer and Emotional Pleas
Ramsey initially revealed that Halo had gone missing two weeks ago and has subsequently posted multiple images of the cherished dog on Instagram.
A $$10k bounty was initially announced, but with no news on Halo's location after a seven days, the player and his loved ones raised the sum.
"All we desire is our girl returned," he expressed in another appeal on social media after the elderly pet was lost.
A recent picture upload is a grayscale snapshot of the beagle snoozing, its head lying in the crook of Ramsey's elbow, with the caption: "What I wouldn't give to hold you one last time sweet Halo."
Family's Concerns and Context
The footballer has also shared a message from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on online channels saying they have some "important concerns" about the incident and are concerned the family "might not receive clarity".
"We still haven't found our dog. It is unlikely we will ever," his wife's post read.
The Wales skipper signed with Mexican first division team Club Universidad Nacional earlier this year and had his debut in Liga MX in the eighth month.
The Caerphilly-born player is the initial prominent British player to compete in the Mexico's top division.
